Sports Super Station set to launch new podcast
With only five days left until the start of the 2013 Major League Baseball season, Sports Super Station is pleased to add a new podcast to their lineup. The Jeremy and Ryan Show will air weekly on the Sports Super Station and will feature all MLB content throughout the summer including news, analysis and opinions from various guests.
The Jeremy and Ryan Show will be hosted by broadcasters Jeremy Pearl and Ryan McKenna, who together call games for the Ryerson Rams, a member of the Canadian Interuniversity Sport (CIS) and the Ontario University Athletics (OUA).
Pearl is a former co-host of the sports podcast Beast Mode Sports and a graduate of the RTA School of Media at Ryerson University. McKenna has hosted Sports Super Station favourite, The Hot Corner since its inheritance in 2009. He has also worked for MBS Radio’s SPUD FM and is a journalism student at Ryerson University.
“I’m very excited to be teaming up with Ryan on our new podcast this season,” said Pearl. “We will be providing an excellent show full of energy and MLB information.”
The weekly show will premiere on March 28 and will feature guest analyst Adam Connolly. Listeners can follow the shows progress by following @SportsPodcasts on Twitter.
Even with the new podcast joining Sports Super Station, The Hot Corner will stick around for blog posts and opinions on everything MLB by Ryan McKenna.
